Carol Handebo

Managing Director

Carol established Weybridge Consulting in 1999 after a successful career in the Finance Industry. Working for one of the 'Big 4' Banks enable her to build skills across a broad range of disciplines, Relationship Management, Credit, Human Resources Management, Training and General Management. Carol is passionate about helping clients to structure their businesses to maximise their profitability and using those profits to build their wealth. She has a particular interest in turning around deteriorating businesses (see Business Rescue)

Phil Austin


Phil retired from Corporate life 8 years ago after 40 years with the ANZ Bank. In his last role with ANZ he held the position of Credit Executive Institutional (Manufacturing, Health & Business Services) having previously been the State Manager Credit Victoria. His career provided him with the opportunity to excel in many fields including Human Resources Management, Relationship Management in Corporate and Business Banking and Credit Risk for Institutional, Corporate and Business Banking. He brings a wealth of business experience to Weybridge and not only provides support and guidance to our team but is also able to provide assistance to our clients.

Joanne Li


Joanne joined Weybridge Consulting in 2013 as an Accounts Manager. Prior to joining the team she held positions at Oakley South Pacific as a Business Analyst with responsibility for presenting various management and financial reporting to the Board. Joanne is passionate about helping clients to realign and grow their businesses. She has a strong "can do" attitude and is always willing to listen and help. Her motto is "you are what you do, not what you say you will do". Joanne holds a Master of Business (Accounting & Finance) from Macquarie University, NSW, and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Curtin University, WA.

Sam Hadley


Sam joined the Weybridge team in November 2014 for work experience and never left, taking up a full time role as an Accounts Manager in February 2015. He is currently studying for his Bachelor of Business (Accounting).

Lexie Wang


Lexie moved from Adelaide to join the Weybridge team as an Accounts Manager in early 2015. She previously held positions in a Franchised Company s an Accounts and Payroll Officer with responsibility for managing the accounts for 18 stores and payroll for over 200 employees. Lexie is well-organised, results orientated and very detailed minded. Lexie holds a Master of Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Quantitative Finance from Adelaide University, SA."
